Never signed up for this non existent company! They've been charging me account for months, and there is no way to get our of it. Cancel my subscription please!!!!

You suck!!! (avoid this website!) Never signed up for this *** yet they continue to charge me without any way to cancel the monthly fee! Customer service is nonexistent! You're constantly rerouted to useless pre-programmed *** *** you!

Emporium is ruining my credit

I applied for credit through them in 2016 and was approved. I just wanted a (very overpriced) game system for my husband's birthday with a few games. For a PS3 with 12 GB and 3 games it was nearly $400. First sign that this company is not honest since that model PS3 was retailing for about half that price or less in stores, I just did not have the money to make a large purchase all at once and was trying to build credit. They took the deposit which was about $20 and I heard nothing from them for nearly a month. I was to the point that I was considering contacting my bank to see about disputing the charge because I could never get a live agent on the phone when I called, just a recording to leave a message that was never returned. Then my stuff just came one day. Everything seemed to be new and in good condition and honestly I was just glad they didn't rip me off. So weeks go by, and so does my scheduled payment date. Emporium never charged my account, and I could never get anyone on the phone. My bank account has been the same and still is. After trying to contact them nearly everyday for months and deciding to just try and return the items I FINALLY got someone on the line who promised to look into my account and call me back. You can probably guess what happened. This is the first time I've ever been ghosted by a company who I was trying to pay. I honestly don't know what went wrong and why their customer service couldn't care less. I recently checked my credit after being denied a credit card and wouldn't you know--after 2 years emporium finally reported that I owe them over $800. So now I'm in the process of trying to pay these people again and still having NO luck talking to anyone. Hopefully I can dispute the information on my credit report. Stay far away from this company, it's awful!!

Filed by : Tim Christiano 61 Newport Road Yonkers NY 10710 Filed against : Emporium Retail Group, LLC 10920 Wilshire Blvd #150-**** Los Angeles CA 90024-**** No Product delivered, but billed, Placed order for a Ipad Pro 128gb on 12/7/16 with emporium.com as xmas gift ,waited 2 weeks for tracking number but never recived one ,when I called custumer service on or about 12/21/16 I was told product was waiting at warehouse for delivery, called again on 1/2/17 and again was told product was waiting for delivery ,called again on 1/6/17 and was told they had no such order in the system and my order number didn't exsist ,meanwhile I was billed $124.50 on 1/4/17 for my first payment , i asked how was I billed if I didn't have an order and they said they were sorry but couldn't answer that question as they were just info. brokers that worked for emporium.I called back again 10 minutes later and spoke to a different person and they did see my order and that it was waiting shipment at the warehouse it is now 1/9/17 and guess where my order is, yep at the warehouse so they say, I have had enough of the run around and lies all I want at this point is my money back and requested that today they told me 24 to 72 working hours what ever that means til money is returned,after reading all the complaints online and going though it myself I feel this company is a big scam just looking to get money and peoples banking info. Their servicing partner is First Associates, Inc. The credit is given by Pacific Credit Group, LLC. via emporium and I guess their the ones who take out the payments,so I'm wondering if they relize emporium doesn't send out the products or if they are all connected somehow in a big info stealing scam!! Please save yourself a HUGE headache and stay away from this company at all costs !!! So here I am again blogging about a company that has bad customer service, deceitful, does not return calls back and does not make good on it promises... Emporium. Sometime in August I apply for an account here and was approved for $1200. They have a lot of good products and I am trying to build my credit, and this was a prefect start. On August 30, 2016, I placed my first order and had to put a deposit of $36.47, which they took out of my account that day. So a week goes by and I checked my online account and my order is still pending. I’m like, maybe it have to go through a process. The next week came and the online status still say pending. So I called customer service to see what the issue was and the lady was kind of rule and really did not help me. So I asked for a supervisor and he really was not any help, but did give me the number to a lady name Mia and I forgot the other guy name, but they are connected and are the district or distribution manager. I spoke to the guy first and he tells me that the process has to go through a cycle and it should be completed by tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and the status is still the same. This time I contact Mia and told her what was going on, she told me the same thing and I just will have to wait. I’m thinking to myself like wait a minute, you have my money, but I’m still waiting for my product, this just can’t be business. Two more day past and I contact Mia again, she told me to hold on the line for a minute while she check to see if my product was shipped. I was on holding for 39 minute and 23 seconds, yes, I was counting and getting frustrated by the minute. She NEVER came back to the line! I called customer service and told them to cancel my order because I did not like the way thing was being handled, how unprofessional the management team was being and I want my money back. Now this representative was nice and ask me to give her two more day and if I do not get my order, then call back to cancel. On September 20th I received my order... Wait, why they send me the wrong watch!!!! It was a cheaper type and I was just extremely pissed!!!! Now here I am, waiting *** near a month for my husband watch for his birthday, which was September 15th, and it’s the wrong one. So I call customer service again to report they sent me the wrong product and I need to return it. Why the lady say, you will received the return slips in your email within five days. Today is October 3rd and I have yet to receive my return slips and I been trying to call them, left messages and get transferred to every place in the world and the y keep saying this is the wrong department. But they can send me an email telling me they are going to take a payment of $146.38 out of my account... Nope, not happening! This place is horrible and I just want to return them they product and never deal with them again. I already told my friends as well as my social media people not to deal with the foolery. They are bogus!!!!

Emporium - Customer Care Review

Company attempted to charge my bank account and never send out product. They have many operators trained to not give out an operator number so that you can track the calls only first names. They then want to send out text messages and phone calls seeking payment. The BBB has been contacted as well as an attorney intervention to sue for fraud and from trying to get money for non-deliverables from a financial institution. They never sent out any products. Do not do business.

Bogus company

All I wanted was a bed and all I got was 8 months chasing my tail. I have been in dispute through email for 8 months. They are taking money for something never delivered. BBB was no help and it doesn't help when the address they give is non existent either. Also, the phone numbers are cell numbers and some don't even work not to mention no answering service. Nice customer service! That's when I realized I was being taken for a ride. Next step is file a police report... Don't fall into their web of money stealing! I am amazed that no one has caught these fools yet. Please do not give them your private information you are going to get nothing but a headache.

I applied for an account with emporium. It came up that I was approved for $2000. So I found a ring and a purse for my daughter . It was less then $300. I put my banking information in. Signed the agreement. I keep getting a error saying they cannot approve credit for the items in my cart. Ive contacted customer service they were no help. They knew nothing. So I emailed them . They said they could not approve me for credit . What about the email I received saying congrats start shopping now? So now they have my social security number address phone and now my banking info. But now I cant purchase anything. For the heck of it I had my son apply he got a $1000 limit. He gets the same error and now they have all his information. I think they need to be reported to bbb.

Poor Customer Service

Place the order. They called to confirm the order and I realized that I had duplicate item. They sent me to shipping to get it corrected. Shipping advised that they made the modification and would send me and email. 11/7. No email, no details on the correct information or shipping details. 11/9 called for status, individual spoke from script and NEVER listened to my issue. 11/11. Called for status. Spoke with billing department. they could not find me in the system and sent me back to customer care. 11/14. called and requested the order be cancelled. items received 11/18 including the duplicate item. Customercare advised to send email for return receipt. and it should received within 5 business days. Nothing.

Do not go to Emporium in patchogue, NY

I bought advanced tickets to a freestyle concert for Dec 30th, which were held at will call. When I arrive I had to stand on a line around the block with both ticket and non ticket holders. They over sold tickets and people with tickets were not allowed in after they over packed there place. When I get in I proceeded to check my coat but was turned away due to no space. They offered to put my coat on the floor in the coat room without a ticket and at my own risk of never getting it back. I was waiting for my friend at the front door with his ticket and by the time he reached the front, they did not let him in. The place was so packed people were leaving almost as fast as they got in and still refused to let someone who paid in advanced in. The place was so crowded I could not even get passed the front to approach the stage. I tried to buy a bottle and go into VIP but was denied because they had no space in VIP. I've been to Freestyle concerts all over the east coast and this was by far the worst venue ever to go to. I don't recommend it at all. No one in the venue wanted to help either. Cannot get a refund, so I'm s.o.l. We'll I may have lost $100 but they lost my patronage forever!!!

They denied me entry as well with an advance purchase ticket but said I could come in if I bought a $250 bottle of wine. Waited in line for 2 hours as well.
